Konstantinos Papathanassiou “The Mentalist”
In this month's interview we host Konstantinos Papathanassiou, an athlete of IAOF who is trained under the supervision of Nick Channing Williams. There is no need to introduce Konstantinos , or Daffy for his friends, since his successes, distinctions and titles speak for themselves despite his young age. He is one of the the few Greek athletes who have done the so called «Double» in the first two age categories, as Children & Adolescents champion, and one of the few Adolescents who oppose as 'equal' against adults and more experienced riders in Greece. He always participates in the major Greek Grand Prix, and not only there, since this year he managed to qualify for the final of the Silver Tour in the Toscana Tour (Arezzo); such performance for a 16 year old and with so much competition is remarkable. His achievements may be many, however Konstantinos is always kind and down to earth. In ways that we will read below, he has found his personal recipe for success inside and outside the sport, which contributes greatly to his development as a horse rider, based on his own good health and the health of his horses. Through the interview you will discover unknown aspects of Konstantinos, and even some that you would never even imagined he had. We are sure that you will be surprised! Enjoy...
