Yiannis Skandalis 'Riding the horse’s spirit'
Yiannis Skandalis is one of the leading riders-trainers at show jumping in our country and he is currently employed at Athens Equestrian Club (IOA) . His collaboration with Dimitris Natsis is one of the main reasons for the renewal of the historical club and its return to the big league. Yiannis stood out as a rider since his early age as he won the children’s championship three times in a row. In recent years, in the senior’s class he keeps on being very successful, both within and outside of Greece, as a member of our national team. Undoubtedly, he is a talented rider, demure as a person and effective as a trainer. He gains your respect with his moral and his tranquility, recently someone who knew him out of the sport told us that «he is the man who I would trust completely to give riding lessons to my child».
